All the articles on the site are the sole opinions of the authors, and nobody else (not even other authors of the site; in fact, it's not uncommon for us to have violent disagreements with ourselves) unless otherwise stated. That being said, we tend to have very strong opinions and are quite vocal about expressing them. That may offend you. You may not like our opinions, or the way in which we choose to express them. To put it bluntly; that is not our problem. We do not claim to be completely fair or nice, and definitely not politically correct. Your objections are going to have no effect on what we write, or even whether we choose to continue writing. We will run this site as we please, and anyone trying to imply otherwise will get the appropriate amount of sarcasm and rudeness in response.

That being said, we do enjoy lively discussions and debates. Everyone is welcome to post here as long as they have something to contribute; we're not trying to say that everyone should agree with everything we think. We're just trying to say that if there is going to be debate, let it be civil; leave the ad hominem attacks and such at home. To this end, we reserve the right to edit and moderate comment threads as we see fit. We really prefer not to though, so please refrain from excessively pointless profanity, blatant personal attacks, posting copyrighted material in a way that does not constitute fair use, posting with such a great mutilation of the English language that it makes third graders cry, or basically trying to put up anything we find inappropriate. If you don't like this, please refrain from commenting.

We have none. All of our opinions are ours, and we're not being endorsed or compensated in any way for them. Amazon's not paying us to link to them, Thomas Keller isn't giving waffles free meals in exchange for his admiration (though that'd be nice), and we are still as broke as ever. However, if this changes it will be noted here in the interest of full disclosure to our readers.
